How It Works

The device uses an advanced temperature-control system to cool the graft-retaining plate evenly. Once switched on, it generally takes approximately 10–12 minutes to reach the selected temperature. The system then continuously regulates the cooling process to minimize temperature fluctuations during the procedure.

Grafts can be stored in a suitable preservation solution inside the graft-retaining plate while the device maintains the required temperature according to the clinic’s established protocol.

Basic Operating Instructions

1. Place the device on a clean, dry and stable surface.

5. Position the graft-retaining plate correctly on the cooling surface.
6. Monitor the temperature display throughout the procedure.
7. Clean and disinfect the compatible removable components after use, following the clinic’s infection-control protocol.

Warranty

The Guru Graft Chilling Device is supplied with a one-year warranty on covered spare parts, including the heat sink, temperature-control components and graft-retaining plate.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, liquid ingress, electrical damage caused by an unsuitable power supply or unauthorized repairs. Transportation charges for sending and returning the device for inspection or repair are borne by the client.
