1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale, export, and supply of medical, surgical, and healthcare equipment (“Products”) through our e-commerce platform. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility
Buyers must be legally authorized to purchase, import, and use medical equipment in their respective country. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, import regulations, and licensing requirements.

3. Product Use Disclaimer
All products are intended for use only by trained and qualified medical professionals.
We do not provide medical advice or guarantee clinical outcomes. Use all products after proper sterilization.

4. Pricing & Currency
Prices exclude customs duty, import taxes, VAT, GST, or clearance charges in the destination country

5. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after 100% advance payment, unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank Transfer
Paypal
Online Payment Gateway
All bank charges are to be borne by the buyer

6. Export Compliance
The buyer agrees to:
Comply with all import/export laws of both origin and destination countries
Obtain necessary licenses, approvals, and certifications
Ensure products are not resold in restricted markets
We are not responsible for shipment delays or seizures due to regulatory non-compliance.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the courier / freight forwarder
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier, force majeure, or regulatory inspections

8. Customs & Duties
All customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Returns & Refunds
Export orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
Refunds are applicable only if:
Wrong product shipped
Manufacturing defect confirmed with evidence
Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery

10. Warranty
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only
Warranty does not cover damage due to:
Misuse
Improper handling
Unauthorized repair
Normal wear & tear

11. Both side of freight charges will be buyers if they send any item for repair or replacement with other item.
