At Guru Hair Instruments, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product quality. Due to the nature of medical products, our return policy is designed to meet strict health standards.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used medical instruments
- Sterile or single-use items once unsealed
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
- After verification, we offer:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Full refund
4. Return Process
- Email or contact support with order details
- Wait for return approval
- Ship the item securely to the provided address
- Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
6. Shipping Charges
- Customer pays return shipping, unless:
- Item is defective
- Wrong product was delivered
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy applies)
