Purpose of the Laser Hair Line Device in SMP
The Laser Hair Line Device projects a straight or curved laser beam across the forehead or scalp, helping create:
Perfectly symmetrical and balanced hairlines
Natural alignment matching facial proportions
Easy marking before SMP pigment application
🪞 Step-by-Step Process: Drawing Hairline with Laser Hair Line Device
1. Prepare the Client
Seat the client upright with a neutral head position (looking straight ahead).
Clean the forehead and front scalp area with an alcohol wipe to remove oil or pigment residue.
Comb existing hair back (if any) to get a clear view of the forehead.
2. Set Up the Laser Hair Line Device
Turn on the laser projection and adjust it to emit a horizontal red line.
Position the device at the center of the forehead, slightly above the brow line.
Adjust height and angle until the laser line aligns parallel to the floor and evenly across both temples.
3. Define the Midline
Mark a central reference point using a skin marker — usually aligned with the nose bridge or glabella (center point between eyebrows).
The laser helps ensure the line is perfectly centered.
4. Adjust the Hairline Shape
Depending on client preference and face type, adjust the laser line to create one of these styles:
Straight Hairline – for a sharp, masculine look
Rounded Hairline – for natural, soft appearance
Receded or M-shape – for mature, realistic results
Many laser devices allow angle adjustment or arc projection to help shape the curve symmetrically.
5. Mark the Hairline
Use a skin-safe marker or surgical pen to lightly mark along the projected laser line.
Recheck symmetry by viewing from front and side angles.
Ensure the distance between the glabella and hairline (usually 6.5–8 cm for men, 5.5–6.5 cm for women) looks balanced with facial proportions.
6. Lock the Design
Once the outline looks perfect, trace the laser-marked points firmly so they remain visible during SMP pigmentation.
Turn off the laser after confirming alignment.
7. Start SMP Pigmentation
Proceed with SMP implantation, following the marked guide to maintain consistent density and gradient along the hairline.
